Cancellation

• Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice to BrandExplainer. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
• Company-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including failure to make timely payments.

Refunds

• Non-Refundable Services: Generally, all fees paid for our services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to fees for consultations, ongoing projects, and completed services.
• Refund Eligibility: In certain cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of BrandExplainer. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with a detailed explanation of your request.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

“Confidential Information” refers to any data or information, oral or written, that is disclosed by BrandExplainer to the Client and is marked as confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and to use it only for the purposes of using our services.
